I had the image of a character, one with over-sized clothing that made her look much younger than she really is. A character that could easily be put into multiple situations if needed.

I could honestly see this girl going into a legend of Zelda role play.
Also when she takes off her hat all you see is a head full of huge hair that is just below her shoulders and poofs out of a hair tie like a curly haired person who just got out of the shower and vigorously dried his/her hair to make it poof up.

I need a name.
